What requirements and prior knowledge do I need to participate in a training course?
A basic understanding of the technical aspects is generally sufficient to attend basic level training sessions. If there are specific prerequisites for a training participation – such as successful completion of a particular eLearning – this will be noted in the training description. In some cases, this knowledge can also be acquired through practical experience in the workplace.
In which language are the training sessions held?
We offer our trainings in German and English language.
How many participants can attend a training session?
The maximum number of participants for hands-on training sessions depends on the number of available workstations. To ensure effective learning, courses are conducted in groups as small as possible. For theoretical trainings, the maximum number of participants is determinded by the number of seats in the training room.
Are safety shoes required?
Please bring safety shoes for the hands-on training sessions. Otherwise your participation in the practical excercises will be limited. However, we also provide safety shoe covers on-site.
What advanced training options are available – how can I further expand my knowledge?
Our learning paths outline the development stages for each technology area and help you to expand your knowledge.
Can I participate in the practical training while I‘m pregnant?
For legal reasons, participation in practical training components is limited if you are pregnant.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?
After successful completion of the training (minimum 75 % attendance required), you will receive a printed certificate. This certificate can also be downloaded digitally online via the Bosch Rexroth Academy.
