The ROKIT Motor from Bosch Rexroth is the ideal wheel drive for your mobile robots, such as automated guided vehicles (AGV) or autonomous mobile robots (AMR) with differential drive for transporting Euro pallets. The highly integrated plug-and-drive solution enables fast commissioning and flexible integration. With state-of-the-art technology, precise operation and minimal installation effort, the drive unit offers outstanding performance in a compact design. Thanks to certified functional safety through FSoE (Fail Safe over EtherCAT), it fulfills all necessary safety requirements according to safety level PLd/SIL2 and supports manufacturers in a fast, efficient and cost-saving market launch.

Compact all-in-one wheel drive

The ROKIT Motor consists of a wheel, gearbox, brake, motor, encoder and motion controller (Elmo Platinum Twitter). The highly integrated all-in-one design combines all the necessary drive components and combines maximum performance with minimum installation space. Perfectly suited for use in your mobile robots.

Functional safety via EtherCAT with FSoE

The FSoE-based wheel drive (Fail Safe over EtherCAT) ensures the safe and reliable transmission of safety-critical data via the powerful EtherCAT network - with just a single cable. Suitable for applications up to safety level PLd/SIL2, it meets all necessary safety standards. The integrated Elmo Motion Controller enables the simple implementation of essential safety functions such as Safe Torque Off (STO) and Safe Limited Speed (SLS), which ensure safe operation, especially in collaborative environments.
