Features of Rexroth's MKR Linear Module include:

  • Sealing by means of a corrosion-resistant steel strip (also available without sealing strip)
  • Idler (non-drive) end enclosure: with integrated belt tensioning system
  • Two integrated zero-clearance ball rail systems provide optimized travel performance, high load capacities, and high rigidity
  • Mounting of attachments with the aid of T-slots or tapped holes in the carriage
  • One-point, in-service lubrication of the ball rail from either side; suitable for grease lubrication via manual grease gun
  • Choice of gear ratios to optimally match the external load and the motor’s inertia
